A crisp tropical highball that opens Wilson Island with tonic, lemon and fresh lemongrass.

120 ml tonic water

15 ml fresh lemon juice

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Wilson Island and fresh lemon juice. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
